Very soon, it will be a new year so we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy new year 2010. Maybe some new hope for 2010 ? A new album, a new DvD (with shows of England, France, Germany, Spain), and a lot of tours all over the world. We will see that when Nawo's baby will be born. Each year Maximum The Hormone release a new calendar. Now you can see the special 2010 calendar. This year the calendar will change each 3 month, so 4 specials calendars with Maximum The Ryokun (January to March), with Nawo (April to June), Daisuke (July to September) and Ue-chan (October to December). So it's a 4 to 1 Calendars who will be delivery this year. To order it you have to live in Japan and to pay 1800 Jpy. You can order it HERE. |

Like you can see on these photos, Nao is now fine, she is not in bed and she can live her pregnancy without noise and shows. She do some special yoga for pregnant women and the band is always fine. We wish to our best japanese drummer good luck and a lot of great emotions with her baby . |

Maximum The Hormone announce 2 specials news today ! First we give you a good news, Nawo announce that she is pregnant ! Nawo announced her mariage in January '09 on her blog. Nawo worked a lot with Maximum the hormone since few month for "inferno lives"but her health was not great and she was tired. The doctor said that it was dangerous for her and her baby to continue like that. Now it's the bad news, Maximum The Hormone decided to report or cancel all lives. "Inferno lives" of the 9th November was reported and Maximum the hormone will probably not participate to the "Soundwave Festival" in Australia. We are sorry for all people who will not see Maximum The Hormone soon cause of these problems. But we want to wish Good Luck and Happyness to Nawo and her child. We will give you all informations when we will have it. |

This year, Maximum The Hormone choose new themes for 4 shows : Cosplay, bomberman, facial stockings... You can be to that shows if you participate to the special contest on the official Maximum The Hormone website. To take part you'll have to send photo where you are disguised. It's over !! After few month with a lot of shows, Maximum The Hormone finished the "Tsume Tsume Tsume" Tour with a last show in Hachioji Match Vox, Tokyo yesterday. Maximum The Hormone thanking on their official website all bands who participate with them to that tour. Now shows are not finished for Mth, their calendar are full of shows and fest until August. |

Since few days, MTH announce a lots of shows and festival where they will play soon and now they announce that they will be there for the "Higher Ground 2009" like last year. The "Higher Ground 2009" will takes place in Fukuoka, the 25th and 26th of july. Maximum The Hormone will play the 26th and others band like Unicorn, 10-Feet will be there. The last Megadeth Guitarist, Marty Friedman, plays a Maximum The Hormone's song on his new album called "Tokyo Jukebox". We know 爪爪爪 originals version of the album "爪爪爪/ [F]" and now Marty Friedman will propose a new version. The release of "Tokyo Jukebox" will be the 20th of May and it will cost 23 Euros/$31/£21. Yesterday, Maximum the hormone was in Osaka for their first show since Daisuke's operation in December. Waiting 3 month... It's was too much for Japanese fans ! Yesterday spectators saw a wonderful Maximum the hormone come back and a wonderful Daisuke-Han ! They were very excited and very happy, they said "Thanks to all support and all fans" for these 3 month. Now Maximum the hormone will turn in Japan for a lot of shows and we are very happy to see them healthy ! Menkata Cottelee Pang YATTAAA !! |

爪爪爪 PV NOMINATED FOR THE MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARD |

We were surprised because Maximum The Hormone was not nominated for the "Space Shower Music Video Awards" but today MTV choose to nominate our greatest band for "the MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2009".
So 爪爪爪 Pv is nominate for the "Best Rock Video" against others very greats bands (Acidman, 9mm Parabellum, Franz Ferdinand, Fall Out Boy). That will be difficult for Maximum The Hormone but we hope that they will win this award ! This event will be in live on MTV Japan, the 30th of May. You can look all videos nominated on MTV Awards website.
Also MTH will play for" the MTV Live Spring Japan Tour '09"
in Kanazawa, Japan, the 19th of May and in Tokyo, Japan, the 27th of May. You can get more informations about these shows on "Shows" area.

Yes ? Our superstar is back ! Daisuke is now fine and ready to begin the last shows of the "Tsume Tsume Tsume" Tour in Japan. After 3 month of rehabilitation and work, he is looking to be fine. Now we have to wait and see if Daisuke-Han will perform well during the first show in March . Since 2009, we don't have a lot of news about Maximum the hormone but it's normal cause with Daisuke's operation, the band took a break since december 08. On Daisuke han's blog we found some news ! Actually he try to recover completely his voice, but his vocal chords are weak. Daisuke found a great medical care : eat a lot of miso soup and ramens ! So we are sure that he will be there for the next MTH show in Japan ! |

Because Tange Kouki made the Mth's Pv "Bikini, Sports, Ponchin" and inside that dvd you will find a special making of.
